01 / Identify the exact offer
A hotel title is a starting point. All Inclusive and Optional All Inclusive can appear differently across providers. Read the meal-plan field for the room and dates you are actually booking.
02 / Check meals and drinks
Look for which meals, restaurants and drinks are included, along with reservation rules, premium items and room-service charges. Keep the rate description so you can check what you purchased.
03 / Match the room and guests
Compare beds, room size, view and maximum occupancy. Enter children’s ages consistently. A similarly named room on two platforms may still have a different layout or package.
04 / Compare the payable total
Review taxes and required fees as well as any extras you already expect to use. Note the currency and when payment is due. Do not assume a headline price covers every part of the stay.
05 / Read cancellation and arrival conditions
Check the deadline, timezone, refund conditions and any prepayment. Confirm late-arrival arrangements separately. A lower total may come with conditions that do not fit uncertain travel plans.
